Best Thrive Market Products (2023)

Sharing is caring!

Have you heard about Thrive Market? Let me share with you the best Thrive Market products of 2023!

How many mamas have absolutely LOVED getting groceries via pickup or delivered to their door(hello my fellow introverts!) since the pandemic happened? I hear this was a thing before the pandemic, but it really took off after we were all stationed at our homes for a good year or so. All I have to say is, what an amazing concept! Not only has online shopping saved my sanity as a mom of 4, but it also has done wonders on my wallet! I love that I can stick to my list and not be tempted by those new tortilla chips in the aisle I don’t need.

While I still use the Instacart app and grocery pickup more than I should, I  currently use  and have relied heavily on in the past this wonderful online market called Thrive Market. For over four years now, I have utilized an online delivery service that delivers groceries for all dietary needs. In my opinion, Thrive Market was the original (OG) of getting items delivered straight to your doorstep and they do it in such a speedy fashion! Have you heard of Thrive Market? In this blog post I will be sharing all about the best Thrive Market products, and why you need Thrive Market in your life.

What is Thrive Market?

Thrive Market is an online market where you can shop for literally anything your household might need. I call Thrive Market my online healthy option Costco, because that’s basically what it is. It uses wholesale prices to get healthy, organic, non-gmo foods into the hands of more people. They have food items, frozen meats, frozen foods, household cleaning supplies, supplements, baby products and even biodynamic wine!

When I first started my clean living journey 5 years ago I was really in search of a place other than Whole Foods where I could get organic options. I try to prioritize organic whenever I can if the price is good and Thrive Market always delivers. There is a yearly fee of 59.95 or 12.00 per month which ensures you save money. Thrive Market takes pride that you will save at least 30% on your grocery bills. They guarantee you will make your annual fee back in saving each year or they will pay you the difference in thrive cash when you renew. They are that certain you won’t need to be refunded!

Why Thrive Market?

Convenience

Not only do they deliver straight to your door (in a very fast manner I should say) but the app and website make it super easy to order. Auto ship is also an option if you want to make sure you never run out of necessities.

The act of giving

Every annual membership purchased sponsors a free “Thrive Gives” one-year membership for a teacher, student, veteran, nurse, first responder, or family in financial need which is super cool! You are essentially buying a membership not only for your own family, but to a family in need.

Amazing Customer Service

If there was ever an issue with my delivery such as an item was broken or missing, all I had to do was jump on the online chat and tell them my issue and they would immediately ask if I would prefer a refund or replacement. If I wanted a replacement it would be shipped out expedited.

Options for dietary needs of all kinds

Thrive Market caters to all different dietary needs which is awesome. You can go to their website or app and filter what your dietary preferences are: Gluten free, vegan, ketogenic, organic, paleo, dairy free, certifed kosher, peanut free, Whole 30 approved, soy free, even raw food diet. It will then populate all the options they have for your specific dietary preference.

They carry well known brand products, but what I love the most is they have their own brand, essentially the generic brand which is even at a better price and just high of quality.

My top picks:

  • Organic basmati and Jasmine rice-Thrive brand
  • Jovial organic diced tomatoes- these are my absolute favorite brand as they are in  glass jars not cans. They taste so good!
  • Marinara sauce- it is organic, minimal ingredients, no citric acid added or added sugars and uses extra virgin olive oil!
  • Any organic dried bean- so great and much more cost effective to buy in bulk, beans are actually so easy to make!
  • Coconut milk-Thrive brand-amazing price and no weird gums or emulsifiers added
  • Organic lentil pasta- love this as a more blood sugar friendly pasta option
  • Salsa-they have an amazing line of Thrive brand salsas
  • Siete chips- much better price than at the store
  • Diapers! They have an awesome line of diapers that hold up really well and are a much cleaner diaper option. Check out my previous post on non-toxic diaper options!
  • Laundry detergent- I am a tried and true Molly’s Suds fan and I love that you can get it on Thrive. I also started using the Biokleen liquid laundry and have been really liking it.
  • Condiments- a lot of organic and less sugar options
  • Cleaning products- I buy Bon Ami(much cleaner version of Bar Keeper’s friend) and I recently tried out the Thrive brand of all purpose cleaner and it was good! It was very cost effective and you can buy refill packets to not be single use plastic.
  • Kids snacks- I love that I can get my kids favorite snacks such as Skout bars through Thrive at a better price. They also have their own brand of healthier fruit roll ups made with all fruit my kids love.
  • Oats-they have have my favorite sprouted organic oats from One Degree
  • Shampoo and conditioner- they have great non-toxic options some of my favorite are the Acure brand
  • Toothpaste- I love the Dr. Bronner’s brand toothpaste!

They also carry frozen items you would find at the grocery store such as frozen desserts, fruits and vegetables, frozen snacks and appetizers.

If you enjoy a good glass of wine, they carry organic, low sugar biodynamic wines as well. Thrive Market is truly a one stop shop!

Don’t forget about your furry friends either! Thrive Market carries cat food, dog food, dog treats, dog vitamins and supplements and dog grooming supplies.

They carry frozen meat package options for grassfed beef, organic pork, organic chicken and wild caught seafood

To sum it all up, there really isn’t anything besides milk eggs and butter I can’t get!

Is Thrive Market Worth it?

1000% yes in my opinion. Just the convenience and price points alone sold me in the beginning. You can’t find organic, non-gmo prices 30% below in the grocery store like you can at Thrive. Also, I love that they gift a membership to a family in need with my yearly membership.

Anytime I ask myself why I would pay 59.95 per year, I think to myself, that is 59.95 a year I am saving in gas, my precious time as a mother of 4, and my sanity! I honestly compare it to a Costco membership; which is still cheaper, I don’t have to get in my car, pack my kids up, deal with the crowds, and risk going over my budget because Costco is known for that. Time is money mamas!

Is Thrive Market American based?

Yes, it was founded by American Nick Green, who had a vision to get more healthy foods at an affordable price into the hands of more people.

Is Thrive Market or Whole Foods cheaper?

Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Whole Foods. After all, Whole Foods was the first place I began shopping for more organic, nutritious food choices when I began my clean living journey over 5 years ago. I slowly began to understand though why people called it “whole paycheck.” Hence, why I was so glad to find Thrive Market. I will have to say though that since Amazon bought Whole Foods and you can get prime deals now, Whole Foods can be significantly cheaper. While I will find cheaper items at times at Whole Foods, the amazing part of Thrive Market is that they will actually PRICE MATCH any competitor. If you need to do this, you simply submit a request through the customer service chat and they will help you out with this, pretty cool right!?

I hope this blog post helped you in your decision in whether or not Thrive Market would be beneficial for you and your family or not! I am all about simplifying our lives in the best most sustainable ways!
